Land Use Permits
A Land Use Permit must be obtained for the construction of any structure, such as buildings, additions, swimming pools, etc. ; as well as alterations to, or demolition of, any existing structures. Land Use Permit applications are available on the Forms and Applications page of this site and at the Township Hall.

Site Plan Reviews
The Planning Commission meets on the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 P.M. They are responsible for the Master Plan, Ordinances, Site Plan Reviews, etc.
